About

Hi I’m Philip Dodson entrepreneur and Founder of @Work Hubs, The New World Project, Dodson Commercial and International Collaboration Day #iCollDay. I am mentor, blog writer, speaker and passionate about changing that ‘old school’ system.

I am passionate about revolutionising how & where we work, enabling individuals and business to connect, network and grow.

Part of the growing connected generation, where the shared experiences of others and the importance of delivering exceptional, will now eclipse the sparkle and shallowness of old school money driven sales & marketing.

I have a strong desire to help, give and make a positive difference to the world. To help bring about a change in focus from materials & stuff, to focus on people.

Self-employment within the next 7-10 years will become the norm in the developed world, alongside this will be a co-working revolution. More and more people are disillusioned with the old school corporate world and are no longer driven by materialism and endless consumption. If the world of 7 billion people and dwindling resources is to be sustained, then big changes will have to happen. We will have to evolve and share.

The future is all about sharing, collaborating and helping others to succeed. Work is no longer a place, it is an activity. However, in order to be successful, you need to do it with other people.

All too often business people isolate themselves at home or in coffee shops. Co-working is all about connecting with others, sharing social capital and about being part of a community.
