Pause your life each day.
Take stock of what is happening, take a moment to reflect on where you are, take a moment to be kind to yourself.
We can be, if we are not careful, our own biggest critics. But criticising yourself, or anyone else for that matter, never solves things, never improves things.
Learn to stop, pat yourself on the back and learn to be kind, to be compassionate and empathetic with you. Even write down some kind things that you could say to yourself. It will become a powerful habit.
We all need kindness and the best person to give us that kindness is ourselves.
